study tours, retreats, and other special events. Alanya is an international
resort destination. The McGhee villa offers a spectacular setting
in the historic castle district of the old city, with attractive spaces
for meetings, lectures, and entertaining. The McGhee Center
offers an ideal base for:
- Archaeological
study tours of nearby Hellenistic, Roman, and Seljuk sites.
- International
workshops drawing participants from Europe, the Middle East, Russia, Israel,
Central Asia, and the Caucasus.
- Collaborative
workshops, seminars, or retreats for scholars, writers, and artists.
- Short-term
programs visiting southern Turkey.
